Background:

Erica is a New Jersey native and Boston College alum who relocated to Massachusetts in 2010.  After graduating with degrees in Accounting and Marketing, Erica planted roots in the North End neighborhood of Boston and began her career in public accounting with Deloitte in Back Bay.  During her time with Deloitte, she obtained her CPA license and served clients in financial services, energy and retail.  Erica later made the switch to transaction advisory at Ernst and Young where she worked with a number of top private equity firms

Erica's prior work experience in accounting and transaction advisory has allowed her to develop innovative approaches to the ever-changing landscape of the real estate market while consistently delivering valuable results to her clients, whether they are buying a $300,000 condo or selling a $2.1 million home with exclusive golf course frontage.  This sharp mentality has allowed her to close over $45 million in real estate transactions and provide a service unlike any other to both buyers and sellers along the way.

Personal / Interests:

Erica resides in Winchester with her husband, Kevin, and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Bailey and Winnie.  She maintains an active lifestyle through golf, spin classes and yoga.  Erica never turns down a delicious dessert and loves getting lost in a good book!
